No Refunds
All sales are final.
Because each order is hand-packed and double-checked before shipping, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances. We take great care to ensure that every item leaves our facility in perfect condition.
Exchanges
We understand that issues can occasionally happen. Exchanges are available in the following cases:

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item and shipping your replacement.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the error was on our part.
