In-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-order items require additional time and usually ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase (please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for more details).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

International: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SAINTERA is not liable for delays or lost packages once an order is in the hands of the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total.
